Rodrigueznavarrete provides professional consulting services in legal advisory and strategic planning. Our engagements are defined in a written agreement or statement of work signed by both parties. No advice or recommendation is binding unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for the performance of our services. Failure to do so may limit our ability to deliver results and may affect our liability. You are responsible for any decisions made based on our recommendations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rodrigueznavarrete’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities.
All deliverables, reports, methodologies, and materials prepared by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for your internal business purposes only.
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of three years. Confidential information does not include data that is publicly available or independently developed.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, you must pay for services rendered up to the effective date. Sections 3, 4, 5, and 7 shall survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Rodrigueznavarrete is registered. Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration institution.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
